Return Policy:

At Cycle City, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service.

Bicycles, electric scooters, and electric motorcycles (eMotos) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Parts and accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in new and resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
